We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your QuoteMagic Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email you used at checkout. You may also contact us via the in-app support flow and we will help process the request through Paddle.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro subscription will be cancelled and access to Pro features will end. You can continue to use the Free plan.
